This is a very delicious dish for chicken lovers!
Ingredients needed:
1 boiled chicken.
1/4 kg Spaghetti, boiled.
6 overfilled tbsp flour.
5 cups milk.
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese.
Salt & Pepper.
Ghee.
1 Egg.
Directions for preparing the Bechamel:

Ingredients needed:
1 boiled chicken.
1/4 kg Spaghetti, boiled.

1/4 cup grated Romano cheese.

Ghee.
1 Egg.
Directions for preparing the Bechamel:
- Add 2 tbsp Ghee in a large nonstick sauce pan.
- Put 6 overfilled tbsp flour.
- Pour 5 cups milk and stir with a nonstick whisker.
- Add 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese and keep stirring.
- Lastly add salt and pepper.
- Keep stirring all the time until it's all homogeneous and becomes thick.
Directions for preparing the Negresko:
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Boil a chicken, remove bones then cut into thin small slices.
- Boil pasta, then rinse with water.
- Put a layer of paste on the bottom of the baking dish.
- Pour over some of the bechamel and stir.
- Add then all the chicken pieces.
- Put the rest of the pasta over the chicken.
- On top, pour the rest of the bechamel.
- Beat 1 egg, add salt and pepper to it, then pour it over the surface of the dish.
- Sprinkle some breadcrumbs on top.
- Put in oven.
- It would take about 35 minutes. Remove from oven when the surface becomes golden.
