It is usually served cold, but some like to eat it warm.
A very simple recipe to a very yummy dessert! It doesn't take any time nor effort!!
1 cup of washed rice.
3 cups whole milk.
5 overfilled Tbsp sugar.
1/2 tsp Cinnamon.
Directions:
- Wash rice in a strainer
- Boil 2 1/2 cups water in a small casserole, then add the rice and stir.
- Boil the rice until half-cooked.
- Pour out water and add 3 cups whole milk and continue cooking on medium high heat.
- Add 5 overfilled tbsp sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon then stir.
- Keep cooking until rice is fully cooked.
- Remove and pour in small serving bowls.
- Decorate the bowls by adding an additional cinnamon sprinkle on the surface.
- Makes 4 individual bowls.
Others like to add raisins to the rice pudding.
