This dish is prepared on 3 stages:
Ingredients needed for the stuffing:
250 gm of mixed vegetables (the frozen bags which contains, peas, corn and carrots).
1 boiled Cornish hen.
1/2 of a small can of sliced black olives.
1/2 of a small can of sliced green olives.

5 overfilled tbsp flour.
4 cups milk.
1/4 cup grated romano cheese.
1 overfilled tbsp Ghee.
Salt & pepper.

- Boil the chicken, after cleaning and washing it using flour and salt.
- Prepare the bechamel in a big nonstick pot.
- Boil the vegetables for 15 minutes on high heat (don't overcook it).
- Prepare the dough.

- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- After preparing all previous, remove bones and cut the chicken into medium thick slices.
- Strain the boiled vegetables.
- Add the chicken, vegetables, black and green sliced olives to the bechamel and stir.
- Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. One will be used as a bottom and the other as a top for the pie. Spread both parts.
- Brush the oven dish (stone or pyrex dish) with oil and spread the bottom part in it.
- Pour the bechamel mix over it (don't overfill it).
- Then cover it with the other dough part on top.
- Heat about 2 tbsp oil on high heat then brush the surface of the dough with it.
- Put in oven in a lower rack for 20 minutes.
- Then transfer to the middle rack for 5-8 minutes until the surface becomes golden brown and fully baked.
- Check by inserting a knife in the dough, if it comes out clean then it's done.
