It's always useful next to grilled dishes, or seafood as a side dressing.
Tahini is very common next to vegetarian dishes like "Foul" or "Falafel" too!
You can also eat it as a dip with pita bread.
Ingredients needed:
1/2 cup Tahini.
2 tsp minced garlic.
2 1/2 lemon.
1 filled tbsp vinegar.
3/4 tbsp salt.
1/2 tsp pepper.
1 tbsp cumin.
Directions:
- Pour 1/2 cup tahini in a bowl and mix with 2 tsp minced garlic.
- Squeeze over 2 1/2 lemon.
- Add 1 filled tbsp vinegar.
- Season with 3/4 tbsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, and 1 tbsp cumin.
- Stir all and taste, you can add more lemon or cumin, according to your taste!
- At last you can decorate it with some parsley leaves on top.
